Auf der IFA in Berlin stellte Toshiba das AT200, ein Honeycomb-Tablet mit Android vor. Das Tablet wird dem Galaxy Tab 10.1 von Samsung zweifellos direkte Konkurrenz machen. Es misst gerade mal 7,7 mm und ist damit 0,9 mm dünner als das Galaxy Tab 10.1 und damit das dünnste Android-Tablet überhaupt.
