<p>Developers have submitted more than 50,000 apps to the Windows Phone Marketplace, according to Windows Phone app tracking site All About Windows Phone.<br />
It took 40 days to for developers to submit the most recent 10,000 apps, and more than a year for them to submit the first 40,000, according to the site. Slightly less than 6,000 apps were removed from the store since its inception.<br />
